Angel Baked It is owned and operated by Adrianne Wright. Adrianne started baking at just 10 years old. Her mother taught her baking basics and would let her assist making cookies and mini cheesecakes for church events and dinners. Over the years Adrianne was always told she was talented and she should sell her cookies and desserts. She waved off the suggestions for years. In 2013, Adrianne was working as a Documentation Manager for a large electronics company.
One of the engineers was really behind on his reviews and Adrianne made a deal with him on a Monday. If he completed all of his reviews by Friday, then she would bring him a dozen Super Chip Delights (chocolate chip) cookies the next Monday. When Adrianne arrived to work on Tuesday morning, she saw her inbox full of all the reviews she was waiting on. Her co-worker stayed until after midnight the night before because he wanted the cookies so badly. That’s the first time Adrianne realized that she should go into business and Angel Baked It was born. Angel Baked It officially opened in October 2013. Angel Baked It is a fully licensed online bakery and now sells not only cookies, but cupcakes, pies, brownies and cake pops as well.
In 2013, the doctors discovered that Adrianne had a gluten sensitivity and it would be best for her health to remove gluten from her diet. It was a crushing diagnosis because it came right as Adrianne decided to open Angel Baked It. However, Adrianne relied on her 20+ years of baking experience to still create unique flavors such as Key Lime, White Chocolate Blueberry, Cookies ‘n Cream, etc.
Adrianne is a Project Manager by day, but her true passion is baking so she bakes at night and on weekends to ensure her customers get the delicious desserts they crave! With over 80 items on the menu, you are sure to find a dessert you love!
